The Lincoln Building is an historic building, originally built in 1895 as a brewery for Henry Weinhardt. For many years, the Lincoln Building was the Oregon headquarters for Qwest Corporation; Qwest will remain as a significant tenant. The building now has an expanded tenant base including Multnomah County offices.

Several millions of dollars in structural and cosmetic improvements have been completed to the building. Some of these improvements include a renovated ground floor lobby and major streetscape improvements.

The Lincoln Building is within walking distance to the Tri-Met (bus) Transit Mall and the East/West Light Rail Line and offers quick access to the freeway system.
