Unico and Wallace Properties jointly manage and lease seven medical office buildings for Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue. The two firms jointly manage and lease a total of 250,000 rentable square feet. The two firms have collaborated on this assignment since 2009. Unico manages the main Overlake campus buildings (Overlake Medical Tower, North Parking Garage, 1501 Building and the 1041 Building) and Wallace Properties manages the suburban clinics, located in various communities on the Eastside. The two firms jointly provide leasing services for all Overlake locations. Overlake Hospital Medical Center is a nonprofit, non-tax supported regional medical center. In 2009, Overlake received HealthGrades® Patient Safety Excellence Award, and ranks among the top five percent of hospitals in the nation for patient safety.
