Key Center, constructed in 2000, is a 22-story tower with approximately 487,000 square feet of office space. In 2009, the building received a LEED-EB® Gold Certification. The building's atrium lobby offers plenty of seating and a Starbucks for an informal meeting. Throughout the tower, office suites enjoy views of downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Lake Union, Lake Washington, and the surrounding mountains.

Beneath Key Center is a six-level secure underground parking garage with approximately 793 spaces. The building is situated near I-405, so visitors and employees can access the building from Seattle, Renton, the North end or Redmond. Additionally, the Metro Transit Center is directly across the street for a quick commuting alternative.

Along with the Starbucks and a deli in the lobby, numerous restaurants are found around Key Center for lunch or dining after work.
