Unico is committed to inhabit, our modular construction apartments. We launched our inhabit prototypes, and future developments like South Lake Union, as apartment properties that are centered on environmental responsibility, affordability and design. However, due to current economic and market conditions facing our nation, we have decided to put the South Lake Union project on hold until we see strong signs that our national economy is recovering. We strongly believe in the viability of inhabit modular apartments and we intend to re-ignite our development efforts once economic conditions improve significantly.
