Located on Swedish Medical Center’s main Seattle campus, 601 Broadway is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art, seven-story surgery center. The top two floors (42,846 sf), which Unico purchased in July 2011, are home to Proliance Surgeons one of the largest surgical practices in the country with 165 physicians specializing in orthopedics, ear, nose, and throat treatment, and general surgery.
Built in 2008, 601 Broadway, which houses the Swedish Orthopedic Institute, is the first dedicated facility of its kind in the Northwest and one of the largest in the U.S. The facility was the only Award of Excellence winner in Modern Healthcare's Design Awards competition for 2010.
Ideally located in the First Hill medical office market, 601 Broadway boasts multiple amenities focused on providing patients with the highest degree of care and sophistication, including 84 inpatient beds, pre-admission areas, conference rooms, a pharmacy, café, and four levels of below-grade parking.
