The 1660 Lincoln Building (formerly known as the Lincoln Center) was constructed in 1970-1971 by local developer Myron “Micky” Miller and Chicago-based Urban Investment and Development Corp. The building opened in 1972 and was considered to be one of the first “new breed” of high-rise office buildings originally attracting major oil and gas tenants such as Exeter Drilling, Apache Oil & Gas and Texas Oil & Gas. The building contains 285,000 square feet of rentable office area on 20 floors and eight levels of in-building parking. The building offers a convenient location near to State Capitol, State and City offices, public transportation as well as downtown hotels and attractions. Additionally, 1660 Lincoln offers smaller floor plate size, spectacular views and ample in-building parking with convenient ingress and egress via Sherman Street. Building conference rooms are located on the 2nd and 22nd floors. Quizno’s is located in the building for convenient lunchtime fare. |
