Unico encourages all types of alternative transportation to lessen the impact of pollution and congestion.
Unico offers Zipcars in many building parking garages and has teamed with King County Metro (and other local
transportation authorities) to offer mass transit discounts to employees and tenants. In the Metropolitan Tract
garages in Seattle, Unico offers tenants a half month parking option to encourage them to use an alternative form
of commuting during the month and enjoy full parking privileges for the other 11 days.
In addition to championing mass and alternative transportation options, biking is a corporate passion. Bike
parking is free to tenants at all of our office properties, with showers and lockers also available at most
office buildings.
